I have a strong interest in mental health, well-being, and human behaviours. I am passionate about physical activity and its influence on mental health.

I enjoy physical activities and in my spare time I like to run, play netball, and participate in yoga which I feel is beneficial for relaxation.

I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, cat and cockapoo.
